I loved how close this place was to both Playa Mantas, just a few steps away, and the gorgeous Carara National Park, making it easy for us to enjoy a mix of beach days and nature hikes. the staff was incredibly welcoming and made our stay feel special with their attention to detail.

The nature around is preserved beautifully and the beach, Playa Blanca, is stunning. The wildlife adventures were incredible, with monkeys entertaining us throughout our meals.
The check-in can take quite a while and dining options are pricey. The service might suffer during busy weekends, as the staff struggles with language barriers.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience, especially the vibrant pools. We had a fantastic time kayaking along the coast and even spotted some dolphins! The staff was friendly, making our family feel welcomed throughout our stay.
My kids wished for more organized activities for families. It would be great if the hotel provided a better map or guidelines to help navigate the expansive property.

The resort offers a ton of activities, which kept the family entertained throughout our stay. We enjoyed the good food, especially the gourmet breakfast, and the pools are truly amazing once you figure out where they are. However, communication was a bit of a struggle, and we found navigating the large complex to be a challenge without a proper map. The location was quiet and relaxing, offering a great getaway vibe amidst nature.
